Chauron Technology Hosts IATF 16949 QMS Training for Key Personnel
The IATF16949 automotive quality management system is widely recognized in the auto industry. Its core principle is continuous improvement.
It helps enterprises upgrade management systems, boost product quality and raise overall competitiveness.
This week, Chauron Technology held a training session on FMEA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis & CP Control Plan. We invited senior industry experts to deliver the course.
Key staff from R&D, process engineering, quality management and production departments took part. They aimed to upgrade professional skills and project management abilities.

The training covered major updates of the IATF16949 system and latest FMEA standards. It included DFMEA, APQP and PPAP requirements.
The course explained system structure, core functions and potential failure risks in each stage. It combined theory with practice to deepen participants’ understanding.
We used case studies, practical simulations and group discussions for interactive learning. These methods improved staff practical skills and helped them apply new knowledge to daily work.

Chauron Technology has fully adopted the latest FMEA standards. We keep optimizing internal management processes.
