Chauron Technology Attends 2023 China Low‑Voltage Electrical Technology Conference & Joins National Standard Review Work
Invited to Attend: Chauron Participates in a High-Influence Industry Event in Xi’an
Chauron Technology was invited to participate in the 2023 China Low‑Voltage Electrical Technology Conference. The three‑day event took place in Xi’an, China, from September 24 to 26, 2023. Hosted by the Shanghai Electrical Engineering Research Institute and other organizations, the conference was guided by seven key national standardization committees, featuring large scale and high industry influence.

Standard Review: Contributing Professional Strength to National Standard Formulation
As a member of the National Low‑Voltage Electrical Standardization Technical Committee, Chauron Technology took part in reviewing two critical national standards. They are Low Voltage Fuses – Part 7: Additional Requirements for Fuses for Battery and Battery System Protection and General Safety Requirements for Residual Current Operated Protection Devices. This participation reflects the company’s professional influence in the low-voltage electrical field and its commitment to promoting standardization development.

Focus on Cutting-Edge: In-Depth Exchange on Technology and Standard Updates
This industry event focused on advanced low‑voltage electrical technologies. It also aimed to boost technological innovation and industrial upgrading in China’s low‑voltage electrical sector. During the conference, attendees reviewed the 2023 standardization work summary. They also learned about the newly released 2024 standard research plan. Updates on new power distribution equipment, system standards and IEC 2023 international standards were shared. Besides, multiple thematic forums were held. Hot topics included national standard revision, new power system development in the energy transition and digital era, provincial new‑distribution system construction, and protection specifications for offshore wind power integrated into new power grids.
